i need to stop living in the past and make it in the present. i’m enjoying discovering new things and re-discovering old passions. in many ways, while i thought i lost my old self it was merely fragments that needed to be shed in order to grow. life is good.

checking in … 1) i still have dreams about new orleans and the 500+ participants moving through the hotel maneuvering their way through the conference. it is possible to suffer from ptsd from the non-profit world. 2) trying to distinguish the difference between personal goals and work goals is challenging. i’m not sure how to halo-halo the two so that i feel fulfilled. i...

my day off.
i don’t know what to do with myself. i have the day off today and i’m just sitting here at lestat’s on park. i have books spread across the table, my laptop in front of me, and my headphones on. i’ve resumed the usual student attire, yet i don’t know what lesson i am to learn. what do i do?
